Black Walnut Point Inn is beautiful year-round. The fall brings monarchs in the hundreds and an acre of mums full of migrating warblers and hawks. Winter brings the ducks, sea ice and brilliant sunsets set against cozy fireplaces. Spring brings another round of songbirds, daffodils and some of the nicest weather – warm days and cool nights.

Both Tracy and I feel strongly that Black Walnut Point Inn is a sanctuary for people as well as wildlife. We were given the opportunity to be stewards of this wonderful place to revive as well as celebrate. In all we do here, at the core we strive to provide a protected environment to heal and restore what is robbed by everyday life. So, whether because of loss of a loved one, serious health news, or any other difficulty, we offer this place of peace. Subject to availability, Black Walnut Point Inn is a refuge and a place for healing. Please don’t hesitate to call. We understand many of life’s hardships come suddenly, and, if we have room, you are welcome for any amount.Check Availability
